Shipment was delayed because of "out-of-date" stock. That was good. I appreciate getting better quality, Problem was there was no notice of the delay. Good news is that it works fine. An earlier purchase from ?? did not. For Dell XPS 17 702 it appears a nine cell battery is required.

I’ve used them since mid1990’s and have never had a problem that they couldn’t resolve (several memory sticks in mid-2000’s were damaged by USPS handling-Kahlon sent me another set the same day I reported the damage). Couldn’t ask for any better service.

Ive been a customer of Kahlons for many years, going back to the days when 486-DX/50 MHz machines were considered fire-breathers. Memory modules simply work, regardless of the target systems manufacturer (Sun, Digital Equipment Corporation, branded and generic x86 systems, etc.), and Ive never had to take advantage of the warranty.
