Kahlon did very well. I had to return a 2 GB memory stick for a 4 GB one and everything mostly went smoothly. The 4 GB was out of stock and I had to call to find out what was taking so long. The woman I first spoke with never did get back to me, so I contacted Kahlon via the internet and the man told me why it was taking longer than usual.

Great battery but problem with laptop was more than battery. Motherboard or more likely the screen is faulty as it can drive the screen but does an external monitor. Battery is now a paper weight 😫
